- The softwater is better choice for making tea. Moderate Hardness water is fine. DO NOT use RO Water or Distilled Water This water carries no mineral, the taste and flavor of tea tends to be very unstable. We don't suggest to use fresh tap water either.
- Steep in hot water 2-3 minutes.
